42-Yr-Old Teacher In Trouble For Giving Lap Dance To Teenage Student

A teacher, Felicia A. Smith, 42, has been given a three-year suspension after she admitted to giving her 15 year old student a lap dance for his birthday in her class full of teens.

The incident which was captured on camera took place at Stovall Middle School in Houston Texas in February this year, Mail Online .

Court reports state that Smith performed the dance in from of a full class of students after which she hugged the boy and said, "I love you baby, happy birthday."

The student said Smith's lap dance aroused him and she allowed him to slap her buttocks.

But Smith said she was encouraged her to perform the dance.

The video of the dance  made its way around school and Smith was subsequently charged with felony in April.

She “was sentenced to three years of deferred adjudication,” which means she must adhere to court requirements or she will be sentenced to prison, reports.
