Ahead of Sunday's Charity Shield between London rivals between Arsenal and Chelsea, we go don memory lane to the last time the two teams met in the English Premier League curtain opener.
A Didier Drogba brace guided Jose Mourinho's men to a 2-1 victory over Arsene Wenger's men in the Community Shield which s now called Charity Shield.
Drogba's goals came early in each half, the Chelsea striker calmly bringing down Asier Del Horno's pass and then clipping a volley in on eight minutes.
The former Arsenal nemesis doubled the lead in the 52nd minute after shrugging off tackles from Philippe Senderos, Lauren and Jens Lehmann to guide a rising shot home.
Cesc Fabregas who now plays for Chelsea quickly pulled a goal back for Arsenal, sliding the ball in after Freddie Ljungberg crossed.
