Former Super Eagles captain and manager, Sunday Oliseh has recorded his 20th victory as manager of Dutch club, Fortuna Sittard with a 3–2 win over Jong PSV.
Oliseh’s team made a show of resilience as they came back from a two-goal deficit to claim maximum points in the Dutch Second Division game at the De Herdgang Stadium.

The win leaves Fortuna Sittard with 32 points from 16 games, elevating them to second position on the league table.
PSV raced to the lead with first-half goals from Donyell Malen in the 30th minute and another from Sam Lammer eight minutes later. Fortuna Sittard fought back in the final 30 minutes of the second half to grab the victory.
Stefan Askovski reduced the deficit for Oliseh’s side in the 61st minute, before Leandro Semedo levelled scores for Fortuna Sittard from the spot in the 85th minute.
With four minutes left to play, Askovski sealed the win to hand Oliseh’s side their 10th win of the season.

Fortuna Sittard will face 15th side RKC Waalwijk in their next league game.
The Dutch Eerste Division side have improved immensely since Oliseh joined in December 2016. However, he has also faced criticism for his authoritarian style which was a key point during his stint in charge of the Super Eagles.
The side will now be looking to secure an automatic promotion slot that will see them in the Eredivisie next season.
