The 20-year-old winger joined Wests from Cronulla Sharks at the start of the current campaign and will be on the move again after just one year at the club.

"We are delighted to have Josh join Melbourne Storm from 2017," Storm football director Frank Ponissi said.

"He is an exciting young talent and we look forward to what he will bring to our team over the next three years."

Wests chief executive Justin Pascoe stated: "I'd like to make it clear to our members and fans that Wests Tigers made a very competitive offer to retain Joshua for the next few years and while we're disappointed we wish him well."
