The 31-year-old was forced from the field late at Allianz Stadium, with the 2014 premiership player unavailable until at least round 17.

South Sydney are also sweating on the fitness of half-back Adam Reynolds, who underwent further scans on Monday after hurting his jaw against the Roosters.
