Today's article focuses on more reasonable, affordable sites/cities.

These places work for the average Nigerian as they offer a comfortable way of life.

Ibadan, Oyo state- There are lot of people who think Ibadan is the perfect place to live. This is because it offers urban lifestyle at a reasonable price.

Markudi, Benue state- I know for a fact that real estate is affordable here. Add the tourist attractions(beautiful beaches of River Benue, and Makurdi Moratorium), the cheap food, warm temperatures for most of the year, civilised way of life and you are living the dream. Expect to see wonderful structures like this locally made duplex.

Paikoro, Niger State- This place comes highly recommended. Just like most of the North, houses, food, basically, the cost of living is pretty affordable.
