Germany International Lacks Fighting Spirit Says Michael Ballack

Michael Ballack says Mesut Ozil does not have the tenacity of a fighter which prompted his exit from Real Madrid and still has not been able to respond positively with the challenges at Arsenal

25 year-old Ozil made an Arsenal record transfer move from Real Madrid with the expectation that he would help the club’s frontline attack

However, after a few games in the new season, the German international has failed to impress, performing poorly in the 2-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Tuesday

A former Germany international Michael Ballack has described the player as slow in spirit and a small fighter
