ICYMI, last night was the Met Gala and everyone's favorite celebs could not stop talking about it-including the one and only Dr. Pimple Popper. While she wasn't technically on the red carpet herself, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, got into the spirit of fashion's big night in the best way she knows how: an Instagram video with an A+ witty caption.

"Don't let a #pilarcyst keep you from serving up a killer #lewk! Keep it poppin! #metgalamonday #strikeapose," she wrote in the caption. And for the lucky patient in the video, this isn't just advice but reality (I repeat: lucky) as Dr. P gets right to work opening up an incision on his scalp .

At the beginning of the video, Dr. P uses her hands to try to push out the little rock of excess keratin and skin tissue which creates the pilar cyst, per the U.S. National Library of Medicine , but, major ugh, fails. So, she calls on her tools to further widen the incision and explains to her patient that she's "scared to squeeze it too hard." But this does not mean she's scared of the pilar cyst -oh helllll no -she's just scared of frightening her patient and worries that the pesky problem will "bust on [them]." Cue: groans everywhere from Dr. P fans who (like me ) want. that. squirt.

Although there's no firework explosion , there is plenty of poppin' satisfaction that follows as the video continues. Going in for round two, Dr. P places her thumbs against either side of the incision and forcefully presses down, mumbling to herself about the pilar cyst's progress: "Oooh, there it goes."

And it just keeps coming until...

"There he is!" the derm announces. "He's cute. He's like Shamu. It looks like a little whale, like a Beluga whale."

Ummm, did I miss something? Is Dr. P playing that whole "what do the clouds look like game" where you're supposed to see something that's not really there...? Because, TBH, this thing is not cute and does not resemble anything like the underwater mammal.

But I'll give it this: It is one biiiiig bump to have on the top of you head, so TG Dr. P freed her patient from that headache.
