In case youre not up-to-date with all things Denise, she used to be married to Charlie Sheen. The two were a high-profile couple in the early 2000s, before they split in 2006. Before they broke up, Charlie Sheen and Denise had two daughters: Lola and Sam.

Denise later married actor Aaron Phypers (the ex-husband of actress, writer, and producer Nicolette Sheridan) in 2018. But before she married Aaron, she adopted her third daughter, Eloise.

Denise recently told People that shes a strict parent. I definitely have rules and boundaries and theres consequences, she said, adding that doesnt let her daughters do whatever they want.

Denise was single when she adopted Eloise in 2011. I felt like I wasnt done having children, and Ive always wanted to have a large family, she told People at the time. And so after my divorce I felt like, Oh well, Im sure Ill soon enough get remarried and have my family [grow], and that wasnt in the cards at the time, so I decided to expand my family on my own.

The actress was visibly upset when she opened up about Eloise during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion. Eloise is doing really good, she said, but noted that she has a chromosome disorder. She has a deletion in chromosome 8, which has caused many delays with her and its caused a lot with speech development, she said. Eloise wasnt able to sit up on her own for a long time, and didn't start walking until she was 2. She can also only say a handful of words. It was a very difficult thing to diagnose, Denise said. She went through a lot of shit.

Denise posed naked for Playboy back in 2004, and she recently said on Dean McDermotts Daddy Issues podcast that she was honest with her kids about it. They had heard that I was in Playboy," she said. "I didnt even think that they would know what that is because now kids can go on the Internet and see all kinds of things, so [I had] to explain that. ... They dont Google [me]. I dont think they want to know certain things, either. I wouldnt want to read certain things about my parents.

While Denise adopted Eloise back in 2011, Aaron is currently in the process of adopting her, as well. Hes amazing with my daughters and hes adopting my youngest so its really great, Denise recently told People .
