Watch Zac Efron Dance Shirtless to Vanilla Ice in a -200 Degree Cryo Chamber

The choice of song couldnt be more appropriate. In the video, Efron is wearing protective gloves, ear protectors and a mask, all of which are highly necessary as the temperature in a cryotherapy chamber plummets to -200 degrees.

Cryotherapy is used as a way of easing muscle pain, which is likely the reason for Efrons visit; he underwent surgery earlier this year to repair a ligament in his knee which he injured while skiing.

He has since documented his healing process on social media, saying he is getting better every day and taking it literally one step at a time.
