Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Remove Some of the Juiciest Blackheads We've Ever Seen
This is not to be confused, mind you, with last week's ' blackhead bonanza ,' but for the fans of this particular gross-out video niche, it's almost as satisfying. As the doctor puts it in her caption, "Happiness is some good #blackhead removals! #extractionsatisfaction." Yes, just like my grandmother used to say.
These blackheads are, uh, shall we say, ripe for the pushing . The audio leaves nothing to the imagination, capturing every last eruption of pus as Dr. Lee smushes the blackheads one by one with her comedone extractor tool. "I'm not actually pushing hard. He's sensitive-they are easing out very easily. They're ready to come out," she says. "It's all going to come out very easily."

Blackheads are one of the more relatable problems that Dr. Lee addresses in her frequent Instagram posts. Since the pores on your nose are larger, they're more prone to sebum and dead skin cells clogging them up. Thankfully, blackheads are still relatively easy to avoid. (Whatever you do, just don't try and squeeze them yourself-in all likelihood, that's only going to make things worse, and could even cause scarring.)
As Heather Rogers of Modern Dermatology previously advised Men's Health , you can keep your face blackhead-free by exfoliating nightly with a foaming face watch, drying your skin with a retinol cream overnight, and applying a charcoal mask once or twice a week. (We like this one from Origins.)
