What's better than watching Dr. Pimple Popper remove one enormous pilar cyst from the top of a patient's head? Oh, I don't know, how about watching Dr. Pimple remove three enormous pilar cysts from the top of a patient's head?

In her latest YouTube video, dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, attacks two giant "twin peak" pilar cysts...plus a third. There's something egg-like about what comes out of each of them, but in very different ways. The contents of the first resemble a white, hard-boiled egg; the contents of the second look more like yolk; and the contents of the third...well...they're like an egg hitting the wall and exploding all over the place. I really hope everyone in Lee's office dove out of the way on that last one.

"Ha! We went from clean, to a little messy, to DUCK! Love it!" one YouTube commenter said.

"I love it when the pilar cysts pop out so cleanly," another wrote.

Watch the video for nine-and-a-half minutes of cyst-extracting fun. Be sure to stick around for all three pops-they're really a sight to behold!

What's a pilar cyst again?

In case you need a refresher, a pilar cyst -also known as a wen, a trichilemmal cyst, or an isthmus-catagen cyst-is a mass that forms around a hair follicle, which is why they tend to be found on the top of the head. They typically appear in adults between 45 and 65, and can grow very slowly-which is why some people don't realize they have them until they're, well, egg-sized.
