On this episode of #TodaysSpecialWithBusola, we're introduced to the Japanese style of cooking known as teppanyaki.

Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food, and demonstrating this is Chef Ben from the Japanese restaurant in Lagos Oriental Hotel.

Also on the menu is tiger prawn, croaker fish and African beef all of which are stir fried in little oil and soy sauce.
