Amongst his works are portraits of Marilyn Monroe, Oprah Winfrey, Julia Roberts, Hillary Clinton, Martin Luther King, Jr among others.

According to a report by CNYCentral, Matt sent about 10 pieces to Mulligan who served time with him in 2007.

According to Mulligan, the artwork represents wasted talent

“I’m sure for people who don’t know him, [the artwork is] exceptionally disturbing, but this is a piece of his life,” he said to CNYCentral.
