This Japanese bar takes recycling to another level as it is made entirely out of trash.

The small town of Kamikatsu, Japan has made an award winning Kamikatz Public House that is built entirely out of recycled trash.

The building has zero-emissions.

The design for the bar was done by the architects Hiroshi Nakamura and NAP it won the WAN Sustainable Buildings Award 2016.
The design won the award not only because of its quite impressive structure, but because it was completely built out of recycled waste materials.

The town plans to recycle 100 percent of its waste and currently, 80 percent is being recycled.
The building has a bar, a brewery, and even living spaces. The signs of reuse are obvious throughout the building through the design and decor, such as a chandelier made from bottles.
