Today, we preach healthy and cut down on the calories as we share an exciting healthy recipe of boiled sweet potatoes and vegetable sauce that can be enjoyed by weight watchers and non-weight watchers alike.

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes
- Sweet corn
- Spring onions
- Pepper
- Green pepper
- Onions
- Green peas
- Carrot
- Fresh fish
- Olive oil

Preparation
- Peel and wash your sweet potatoes. Cut into desired shaped and boil with very little salt
- Wash and boil your fish
- Wash and peel off the body of the carrots and then dice into small cubes
- Chop your spring onions, cabbage, pepper, onions and green pepper
- Steam the carrots with water and a little oil for about 5 minutes. Add all your chopped vegetables and green peas and a little amount of salt/seasoning cube. Put in your sweet corn last and turn everything
- Shred your fish into the vegetables, steam for a few seconds and turn off the fire.
- Serve with boiled sweet potatoes
