Lisha Simpson, a body art painter has created eerily realistic and fascinating illusions using her arms.

The artist who started body art after attending a beginners course in face painting experimented with different types of body painting techniques.

Using 3D body art to create different illusions, she has come up with these stunning pieces, using her own arms.

To get the perfect and final illusion, the right combination of lighting, the right angle, solid black paint and a black background is required.

The black paint is necessary to create a negative space. After the right photo is captured, an editing app is used to fade and blend the black paint into the background. The artist's inspiration comes from different types of art and and her love for painting which is reflected in her body art illusions.
