Pop star/actress; Jennifer Lopez is perfection for the January 2015 edition of Self Magazine. The ageless 45 year old flaunted her impressive frame in a white and red detailed bodysuit and jumper for the cover.

The singing sensation, entrepreneur and American Idol judge dished on achieving her dream body for the new year (2015) , career, her plans to face her fears in 2015. In the issue the mother of 2 flaunts her perfectly toned abs shooting in a couple of workout poses.
