Ivory coast skipper Yaya Toure is the newest soccer star to become brand ambassador for Asian car maker, Nissan

The three time African footballer of the year agreed the partnership deal which will see him represent the Nissan brand in its global football movement; basically, the UEFA Champions League and the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Manchester City man; Barcelona and Spain player, Andres Iniesta and PSG captain Thiago Silva are all part of the company's which the company started as a tool to enhance the experience of football fans through several activities.

As part of the programme, fans will also take part in an exclusive Goal of Thee Week Competition

The agreement covers UEFA Champions league commercials expected to premiere in February 2015 with Toure in them
