Mexican singer's sanitary pad drops during live performance [Video]

If you ask most women 'what's your most embarrassing moment?', this will surely top it all. But it indeed happened to Mexican singer Patricia Navidad.

While performing "Viva Mexico" on Univision's "Despierta America" ( meaning Wake Up America), the singer's sanitary pad dropped on the floor.

In a short video obtained by TMZ, Patricia is seen performing in a short blue dress with a full live band . But just into the mid of her show, her feminine pad is seen falling down from her thighs.

Despite the embarrassment and screams from the audience, Patricia just keeps on going and hitting the high notes of the song, while ignoring the white pad on the floor.
