Though he has been told not to get in trouble again by his new club, AC Milan, Mario Balotelli has been caught speeding near his family home in Brescia.

The 25-year-old was spending time at his family home in Brescia since completing his season-long return to AC Milan on loan from Liverpool for a season.

According to reports, Balotelli was  caught exceeding the limit by a speed camera near the house with his Lamborghini last week.

Balotelli was reported to have been driving his Lamborghini at over 90 kmph in a residential area with a limit of 50 kmph.

According to Italian news agency ANSA, the striker had his driving licence confiscated as it is stipulated by Italian law.

The striker was calm when he was questioned by police officers, telling them: "I'm sorry, but I hadn't realised [that he had been driving so fast]."

It is not known yet how Balotelli's new club, AC Milan will react to the new reports.

This clause bans some of Balotelli's mavericks like his extravagant haircuts and clothing and also to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
