Bayern Munich defender signs for Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports

Bayern Munich defender, Jerome Boateng has become the first footballer on Jay Z sports management company, Roc Nations Sports.

Roc Nation Sports, the athlete management company thats a subsidiary of Roc Nation the artists management company, that was established a couple of years ago and spearheaded by the hip hop mogul Jay Z.

Since the launching of the sports management company, Jay Z has managed to recruit NFL stars, baseball, basketball player and boxers.

He has managed to capture his first footballer signing in the person of 2014 World Cup winner, Boateng.

"Roc Nation Sports is proud to welcome World Cup Champion, Bayern Munich defender, and  SAMSports Management athlete Jerome Boateng to the family," a statement on the Roc Nation Sports official website noted.

Jerome Boateng joins the likes of Robinson Canó, Yoenis Cespedes, Kevin Durant, Wilson Chandler in Rroc Nations Sports.
