Manchester United goalkeeper goes on lunch date with girlfriend

De Gea was seen in Cheshire on Tuesday, April 3 with his girlfriend just days after they attended United’s end of season awards ceremony together.

At the awards, the goalkeeper won the Supporters Player of the Year award for the third year running.

“It's an honour to receive this award again. I want to say thank you to everyone - we have some of the best fans in the world,” De Gea said.

The Spain international has been one of United’s most consistent player this season.

United are still in the hunt for a Champions League finish and also preparing for the FA Cup final where they will face Crystal Palace.
