Imprisoned boxer not fed, to appear in court on March 5

Bash Ali was arrested last week and detained in Kuje Prison over claims that he refused to be hounded into bribery

The 52 year-old further states that he is been maltreated while incarcerated but resists to give up the fight against Bribery and Corruption.

According to a Nigerian daily, Ali wrote in a text that he is yet to be fed with food since he entered the prison.

'The labour of our heroes shall not be in vain. I have been in Kuje Prison since Thursday without food and with tough criminals because I said ‘No’ to corruption at a Bank.'
