Moses played the entire minutes of the game as Leicester City came from two goals down to edge his club 3-4 after 90 minutes.
Despite the defeat, Moses was the stand-out player on the pitch and showed why Leicester City’s boss Brenda Rodgers described him as Spartak Moscow's danger man.
“Victor Moses is a fantastic player, and he's playing for a very good team and a very good club.
“I'm impressed with Spartak and how they play the game. Moses plays within that.” Rodgers stated in his pre match conference.
With a few minutes into the game, Rodger's statements began to manifest as Moses caused all sort of problems for the Foxes on the right flank.
He was cutting inside Thomas and Çağlar Söyüncü easily,, and it took intervention of Jonny Evan to cut out his dangerous crosses from the right flank.
Moses finally made his impact felt when he dispossessed Çağlar Söyüncü near the box and sent a perfect ball to Jordan Larsson, who made no mistake from inside the box.
Spartak Moscow were staring at embarrassing defeat at home after Daka turned the game around with four goals, but Moses' response was emphatic.
The former Liverpool winger cut the visitors defense to pieces with another sublime ball for Aleksandr Sobolev to reduce the deficit to just a goal.
Aside the two assists, Moses completed five dribbles and created three scoring chances for his team.
In general, the performance was illustrative of the changes to Moses’ game since he left Chelsea to join Spartak Moscow. Moses is a pure creator now — and could be the one Spartak Moscow need to take them out of the Group.
