Ex VP may not have told you, but he's returning to PDP

Atiku has dumped APC without telling anyone where he's heading next. Well, here's the clue you ordered.

What he didn’t say was where he’s defecting to.

Well, we can tell you for free that Atiku will be returning to the PDP, barring a last minute twist in this very intriguing political tale.

Atiku re-joining PDP is the worst kept secret in the land at the moment.

Grassroot talks

Sources have told Pulse that Atiku spent all of last weekend holding talks with PDP executives from his home State of Adamawa and Northeast zonal executives of the opposition party.

Adamawa State PDP State Secretary, Abdulllahi Prambe, confirmed the meetings and told the media that there were fruitful.

“Our meeting with him has been fruitful and from his body language, he will soon return to PDP,” Prambe said.

“With Atiku, the party will carry more weight and more people will also troop in,” he added.

Recall that Atiku hails from Adamawa State where he’ll register as a PDP member.

The Nation reports that Atiku will re-register in Jada 1 Ward of Adamawa as a PDP member on December 6, 2017.

Alhaji Saidu Nera who is the APC State Secretary in Adamawa says Atiku’s resignation letter has been received by his party.

Atiku/PDP branded cars have also shown up around the politician’s home State of Adamawa, all but confirming the switch.
