Lupita Nyong'O put her duties aside to go to the Essence Black Women In Hollywood Oscars Luncheon at Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.
The 35-year-old glistened in a sparkly, dark pink and black minidress with a black frill at the hem and a neckline that plunged down to her waist. The dress was just the last in a long line of gorgeous outfits the actress has been sporting this award season.
Her hair was arranged in a stylish, asymmetrical mini-Afro style and she flashed her signature megawatt smile whilst working the room.

Lupita was later joined on stage by fellow 'Black Panther' actress and long-time friend Danai Gurira who looked angelic in a white maxi dress. The two smiled at each other over a tray of rather delicious cupcakes as they took to the stage to present an award. The inseparable dynamic duo have been the epitome of #BlackGirlMagic and the definition of #friendshipgoals.
