Nollywood Actress, Jackie Appiah Clocks 30

Today, December5,2013, is a day of joy for Ghanaian born Nollywood actress, Jackie Appiah, as she clocks 30 years of age.

Jackie was born on 5December, 1983, in Canada, where she spent her early childhood before moving to Ghana with her mother when she was 10years old. The pretty actress who is the last of five children, got married in 2005 and is blessed with a son.

Jackie has won many awards including an award for BestActress in a LeadingRole at the 2010AfricanMovieAcademyAwards and Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the AfricanMovieAcademyAwards in 2007. She also received two nominations for BestActress in a Leading Role and BestUpcomingActress at the AfricanMovieAcademyAwards in 2008.

The gorgeous and talented actress picked up an award for her performance in ‘ThePerfectPicture’ as the BestActress in a Drama at the AfricaMagicViewers’ ChoiceAwards in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2012.

JackieAppiah has acted in hundreds of movies including Divine Love, The Heart of Men, Run Baby Run , Beyonce - The President Daughter, The Return of Beyonce, Mummy’s Daughter, The Love Doctor, Royal Battle and PrincessTyra.
