The top 5 make-up looks from movie premiere

The Wedding Party 2 premiere held on Sunday night at Eko Hotels and a host of celebrities and entertainers dazzled in their 'Arabian Nights' themed outfits but these 5 women left us in awe of their gorgeous make-up looks.

Guests were draped in intricately beaded cloth, adorned with precious gold but whilst we were enchanted by their outfits, we cannot forget the stars that hit the spot with their stunning and on-theme make-up looks. It’s fair to say that these five women outdid themselves with their artfully applied, sultry make-up.

Toke Makinwa

When have you ever known Toke to do anything by halves? The media personality and author transformed herself into an Arabian Princess in a long pink Magnetic Elegance gown adorned with jewels. Citing Princess Jasmine as her inspiration, Toke used her favourite MUA Anita Brows who chose pink glossy lips and an iridescent pink highlighter which brought Toke’s face to life and complimented her dress to perfection

Toyin Lawani

With Toyin being a designer, we expected BIG things from her outfit and she did not disappoint in a baby blue bejewelled jumpsuit with a detachable train. Her make-up however, took the whole look to the next level thanks to Jane of FlawlessfacesbyJane. Toyin’s black and gold smoky eye was accentuated by a shock of electric blue eyeliner along her waterline. Her skin looked so healthy, dewy and bronzed and her nude glossy lips tied everything together nicely.

Adesua Etomi

The nation’s darling ‘Susu’ hasn’t given us a chance to breathe with her back to back looks. Fresh from her Cape Town wedding, Adesua was absolutely glowing as she graced the red carpet in a black beaded Tubo number. Make-up artist and beauty blooger T.A’La Mode Beauty gave Susu an arabian inspired smoky half cut crease which accentuated her doe eyes. Whilst the eyes made a statement, the rest of her look was soft, natural and dewy.

Stephanie Coker

Another freshly eloped bride and TV darling Stephanie Coker looked every inch the bronzed goddess as her long black hair flowed down her back and her gold highlight glistened. Her MUA LayefaBeauty chose a gold and bronze palette and the gilded look was finished off with thick and fluffy lashes.

Ini Dima-Okojie

Ini Dima-Okojie is fast becoming a style icon in her own right. The actress’ style always hits the mark and her style has earned her a huge social media following. We expected Ini to impress and that she did but what really stole the night was her seductive make-up which was reminiscent of Aaliyah in 'Queen of the Damned'. Her purple smoky eye, exaggerated lashes and coloured contacts gave her a certain mystique which coupled with her FablanebyDerin two-piece was a winning combo.
