Students of Madonna University, Elele Campus, in Rivers state were thrown into a rude shock when they found an aborted foetus in one of the girls' hostel.

The Bug Campus reports that the foetus was discovered by students in the Mother of Jesus The Saviour hostel in the Catholic university known for it's high level of discipline.
According to reports, some medical students who examined the foetus, claimed it was about five-months old by the time the mother who is apparently a student, aborted it.

It was gathered that the incident has been reported to the school authority and a panel has been set up to investigate the circumstances that led to the abortion with a view to finding out the culprit.
