The 30-year old registered nurse from New York takes delight in creating cakes which, according to her, "make people feel two conflicting things at once".

According to Viral Crunch, Dey started making cakes few years ago and her very first was a tree stump covered in mushrooms.

She's since run completely with her imagination recreating things like the human and head, even a baby, all with cake.

According to Dey, reactions to her cake are strong and varied.

"The reaction is usually a strong one, some people are excited about them, some people are a little disgusted"
