PMAN’s President, Mr. Pretty Okafor, showed his passion for artiste welfare when he spoke on “The Artiste/Manager Relationship: How to Make It work”. He also spoke on the new arrangements within PMAN, the biometric cards and its benefits and the automated sharing system for royalty.

The founder of Play Data, who joined via skype from the USA, Mr. Lanre “ElDee” Dabiri, capped off the seminar with a 20 minutes session on ”Music Tracking & Internet Marketing”, using the Play Data model as an example.

During the interactive and Q&A sessions, it was clear to all that to further create a more cohesive and lucrative music industry, all hands must be on deck and all parts played. Thereafter, all managers agreed there should be a more coordinated relationship via AMAMN with all relevant associations and individuals who have a part to play in shaping the music industry and all managers agreed to abide by best industry practice.

Certificate of participation was given to those in attendance and some registered members got the membership ID card and certificate.
