Is The Star Act Finally Going To Be Free This December?

It's no news that Wizkid is leaving EME. The pop superstar let it be known that he would be leaving the Banky W imprint after the release of his second album. The album Ayo (Joy) was finally released in September 2014.

The uncertainty around Wizkid's exit is the definite day when he would no longer be an EME act. The star boy might have given us a hint if his last album is anything to go by. A couple of hours ago Wizkid posted a subliminal tweet which read "#StarBoy 1-12-2014. #TeamWizkid save the date!"

From this tweet, Wizkid might be indicating that he would be an independent artist from this day henceforth. He might also be a hinting at a Star Boy mixtape or the release of his collaboration with Chris Brown.

December 1 is less than four weeks away. I guess we have to wait and find out Wizkid's grand plan.
