The Super Falcons of Nigeria and their South African counterparts will face off in one of the semi-finals of the 2016 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations holding in Cameroon.

“It is going to be war,” she told .

“The competition starts now and from here on it is war. It is going to be war, war, war… If we want it badly enough, then we have to show it. We have overcome them before and we can do it again.”

The Banyana Bayana will be looking to pull off an upset against the Super Falcons like they did when they beat Nigeria 1-0 also in the semi-final of 2012 AWCON.

Falcons coach, Florence Omagbami is however not bothered by the threat of the South Africans as she is just focused on getting her team ready.

“We understand what the stakes are and will ensure we win this game,” she said.
