Stella Damasus Twitter Account Hacked! Issued Message of Friend’s Death

The above tweet from the account of Nollywood actress-cum-singer Stella Damasus created a ruckus on twittersphere yesterday. The tweet was obviously in reference to the Daniel Ademinokan, her friend, business partner and alleged secret husband. And it was a hoax.

Amid the shock and backlash from fans and observers, A statement was immediately released from Damasus’ reps stating that her account had been hacked and that the disturbing tweet wasn’t sent from Stella Damasus.

‘Please, ignore any rumour about Daniel Ademinokan’s death. Stella Damasus’ Twitter account was hacked! Thank you all‘, Bayo Adetu, her publicist’s statement read.

Damasus later accessed her twitter account and issued a disclaimer, branding the whole episode an expensive joke.

‘Please disregard the last tweet that was sent from my account. It was hacked. I am really shocked that people would use someones life to play. That was a very expensive joke‘, Stella Damasus tweeted.

Stella Damasus has recently been hugging the headlines with her birthday celebration, and also fresh rumours of her eloping and secretly committing to a matrimonial union with Daniel Ademinokan.
