Leicester City forward mocks last season's title collapse of Tottenham
Leicester City forward, Riyad Mahrez is not sparing Tottenham any mockery for the collapse of their Premier League title challenge last season.
Tottenham was keeping pace at the top with Leicester City before they threw away a 2-0 lead at Chelsea.
The game which ended 2-2 meant that Leicester City were Premier League champions for the first time in their history.
Mahrez and his teammates watched that game at the home of Jamie Vardy and the described it as the funniest moment of last season.
"The funniest moment [of last season]? I think it was when Tottenham were 2-0 ahead of Chelsea," the Algeria international told FourFourTwo.
"All the team were at [Jamie] Vardy's house thinking 'we're probably not going to be champions tonight.
"I was like, 'What's the point of coming?!' and then 2-1, 2-2. It was funny."
Leicester City are struggling this season in the league and sit at 14 on the Premier League table.
