Ossy Angels defeated Victory Queens 3-0 in the final to emerge champions of the football4girls.

The champions scored once in the first half and twice in the second half to seal the tournament.

Ossy Angels star Onyenezide Esther was named the most valuable player (MVP), following an impressive performance in the semifinal and the final.

As champions of the annual competition, Ossy Angels will go home with the grand prize of N460, 000 ($1000).

Eight female academies across Lagos State competed in the eight-aside competition in a knockout format.

Before the final, the third-place match ended goalless between Phoenix Queens and SGH Queens before the former came out tops with a 4-2 win in a penalty shoot-out to finish third.
