Nigerian forward Nnamdi Oduamadi has been included in AC Milan’s squad for the inaugural edition of the San Nicola Trophy triangular tournament.
Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has named the forward in his 25-man squad for the inaugural edition of the San Nicola Trophy triangular tournament, which kicks off on Tuesday, November 24.
AC Milan will compete with two other Italian teams, Bari, and Inter Milan, for the trophy in a round-robin competition that will last for just 45 minutes.
Milan will be playing in their third green and yellow jersey. The first match pits Milan against Bari, while their second match is against Inter.
Oduamadi will wear the jersey number 59 for the mini tournament.
The Lagos born midfielder was signed by AC Milan in 2008 from Pepsi Football Academy in Nigeria and made his debut for the Italian club in 2010.
Having failed to make an impact at the club, Oduamadi was sent on loan to several clubs after AC Milan sold half the rights to the player to Genoa.
He played for Torino, Varese & Brescia, Crotone & Latina all on loan from Milan.
He has since return to the Italian giants and have been training and playing with the youth team.
Oduamadi will be hoping to get a good outing to be included in further first team games.
