How Lent is done in Cherubim and Seraphim

During this period, members are encouraged to do the following:

Wear a red girdle — This represents the blood of Jesus.

Sing only solemn songs

Avoid drums, loud singing or jubilation

Fast from 6am — 6pm and pray for an hour every morning, at noon and in the evening.

The church was founded in Nigeria by Moses Orimolade Tunolase in 1925.

From here, it has spread to other parts of the world including the United States and the United Kingdom.
