New born baby found dumped in Katsina

Another new born baby was found dumped at a filling station in Samja town, in Katsina State.

The baby was found wrapped in a blanket and placed at the back of the filling station and according to eyewitnesses, it could have been dumped there by its mother.

The baby was later evacuated by the police which handed it to a welfare unit.
