Zapphaire Events CEO reveals how she combines work and family

"We cannot be everything, every time in our lives. You have to determine how you want to make it work. In order to be able to spend time with my children, I have to do things extra early", she says.

"You have to realise that there'll be sacrifices to make, you'll have to drop the ball sometime, either as a mother, CEO or wife, and you don't beat yourself up about it."

You can't compare yourself to other families, because you do not know what is going on in their homes. It's about knowing what you want so a balance can be created. I spend time with my family whenever I'm not working," the Zapphaire CEO continued.
