Governor Fashola's Aide Denies Ownership Of Mavin Records

Folly Coker, aide to Governor Babatunde Fashola has denied the reports going around town that he is the real owner of Mavin Records.

According to sources close to him, Folly Coker does not own Mavin. He is only a friend of Don Jazzy and a deep admirer of his brand music. An insider described the story as a "tissue of lies."

Apart from being rumoured to be the real owner of Mavin, stories have been going around town that he has been secretly dating Tiwa Savage, and he is the reason behind her marriage troubles. "For Tiwa Savage, you cannot even say they are friends, not to talk of lovers. They don’t exchange text messages or anything. The story is definitely sponsored – and there’s no iota of truth in it. Legal action has commenced against the fabricators of the damaging tale” said the insider.

Folly Coker is the son of Chief Folarin Coker.
