Deaf, dumb man arrested in Lagos for stealing SUV

A deaf and dumb man who operated a car wash bay has been arrested after he stole a vehicle belonging to one of his customers.

A deaf and dumb criminal has shown that there is actually ability in disability even if it is in the negative after he was arrested for

Total Media reports that the 31-year-old suspect, Godspower Eriemo, was arrested by detectives attached to the Area 'D' Command of the Lagos State Police after he stole the SUV belonging to one Blessing Bassey.

It was gathered that Eriemo who operates a car wash bay made away with the vehicle after Bassey who was his regular customer, took it to him to wash.

The report has it that unknown to Bassey, Eriemo had earlier made a duplicate of the car keys and when she took it to him to wash, he used the duplicated keys to start the engine and fled with the car.

When Bassey reported the case to the police, crack detectives began their investigations and traced the car to Ikorodu where it was recovered and the suspect arrested.
