He told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), on Friday in Ota, Ogun, that the government could no longer tolerate the activities of the hawkers.
According to Adeniji, the state government will be proactive in addressing the challenges caused by hawkers.
”Many of them had lost their lives, while some had been confined to wheelchairs due to crashes that happened on the roads,” he said.
