“I will continue to work for the good of Nigeria”

Buhari made the comment on Sunday, December 18, in appreciation of birthday wishes sent to him on Saturday, 17.

“I thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday. I received and acknowledged all your messages and kind wishes,” he said via Twitter.

“I will continue to work for the good of Nigeria and ask you all to join hands with me, and my government to build a nation we can all be proud of,” he added.

Buhari turned 74 on Saturday and his birthday was commemorated with a special military parade and an inspection of a Guard of Honour.
