Automaker allegedly steals designer from Bentley

According to Motorauthority, the designer, Sang Yup Lee, worked for Bentley, where he was in charge of exterior design.

At Hyundai, Lee will work on the Genesis luxury brand.

“The innovative design and surprising growth of Hyundai Motor has always made me proud as a Korean while I worked overseas.

Now I want to contribute in creating world-leading automobile designs for both Hyundai Motor and the Genesis brand,” he said.

Lee's impressive resume includes working for Pininfarina, Porsche and General Motors Company, where he worked for 10 years and gained recognition for the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro and 2009's 50th Anniversary Corvette Stingray concept.
