In a pre-recorded short clip released on Instagram by Nate Genius Films on the day of the couple's Lasgidi nuptials, Jamil Abubakar looks intently into the camera and emotionally states:

"I have seen [Fatima] today and I'm looking forward to seeing her again and again and again and again and… again… till we are old and have wrinkles on our faces!"

As soul-stirring romantic music swells and dips in the background and the camera whirls around to catch flicks of Fatima being made up into a gorgeous stunner for their wedding ceremony, Jamil’s baritone voice carries his sweet promises across, and you can hear him pledge to his bride further,

“I want you to keep smiling and remember; nothing changes. Your family is still your family. Your family is my family and my family is your family.

We are one and the same...”

The video is a montage of one of the previous ceremonies the couple has had, and it splendidly documents the divinely precious moments they shared on the occasion.
