The flower petals in lollipop are created by Janet Best of Sugar Bakers Bakery. To protect them from bugs, toxins and other contaminants, the flowers are grown indoors.

The petals are then embedded into the hard candy, creating a colourful sweet. The lollipops are made in several flavours such as key lime pie and cotton candy.

However, the flowers don't add much to the taste of the sweet, though they are very pleasing to the eyes.
