Lisa Folawiyo who has presented her erstwhile Jewel by Lisa collection across major fashion week is poised for another NYFW showcase this year. The Nigerian fashion giant recently re branded from Jewel by Lisa to Lisa Folawiyo; after the Artistic Director.
Lisa Folawiyo has attracted rave reviews from international press with outstanding features and presentations in Pitti W Tradeshow in Florence, Vogue Italia, Lagos Fashion and Design Week in Lagos, Nigeria, and Arise Magazine collectives at the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week.
She was also at Alta Roma, Italy in July where she presented a capsule collection. Lisa Folawiyo currently retails on yoox.com, mytheresa.com and upscale boutiques all over the world. Her designs have being spotted on Thandie Newton, Solange, Lucy Liu and more.

Lisa Folawiyo revealed “I have received such immense support from the early stages of my career, both home and abroad – this has created a platform for my brand to be viable outside of Nigeria. Many years later, I am thrilled to be embarking on my first solo show in New York and announcing the re branding of the collection”.
