For optimum performance and to kick the body to a swift start without forcing it, breakfast is essential. It's no wonder it's called the most important meal of the day.

7. Drug (prescription) abuse

8. Sitting/ Staying Inactive

Sitting in a place for too long does more damage than good. Get off the sofa/in front of the TV and take walks. exercise/stretch the body to keep it active and in great shape.
